Scope is agreed and priced before code is written. At the end of each stage, your team runs it, or we operate it on the SLA you set.

Scope
Diagnose the workflow, understand the constraints and agree the wedge: the sharpest bite that ships fastest and makes the biggest difference. If one question decides the project, we pin it down as a proof of concept with a go/no-go threshold.
Plan
Milestones drawn, price known before code is written, integrations mapped. You approve the plan first.
Build
Founder-engineers ship into your stack. A proof of concept runs two to four weeks; an MVP or production build runs six to twelve. Weekly milestones with working software you can actually use, plus a Slack channel for real-time context.
Live
Your team runs it with the docs and observability we hand over, or we operate it on the SLA you set. Either mode is priced explicitly and decided at the end of the build.
